Step 2 - Application & Managed Missions Public Profile/Payment Portal

2. After you recieve an email saying your application is approved, click here to learn how to complete your public profile/payment portal.
   • You can always click here to access your Managed Missions dashboard, or login at app.managedmissions.com
   • NOTE: You MUST complete this step to confirm your spot on the trip. 
3. Must be completed by February 4

Step 3 - Refreshing Mountain Release Form (A Parent/Guardian MUST Complete This Form)

1. Click here and select "Minors" to access the form
2. Must be completed by March 4

Step 4 (NOT YET AVAILIBLE) - Fuge Camp Permission Slip—You will be asked for a registration ID when you click the link below to complete the permission slip. Copy the registration ID (99737) before clicking the link so you will be ready to paste it into the form.
