Step 1: Complete the Managed Mission Permisison Slip

  1. Click here to complete your mission trip application and permission slip if you haven't already. 

Step 2: Activate Your Payment Portal

• To Activate your Payment Portal (Follow the steps below or click here for detailed instructions with photos):
  1. Click this link to log into your Managed Missions account
  2. Click Passion Conference 2027
  3. Click "Public Profile" 
  4. Check the box that says "Enable Public Profile"
  5. Scroll down and hit the "Save and Publish" button at the bottom of the page
  6. The page will refresh, and you will see your payment portal URL toward the top of the page. Save this link, it is where you will make all your payments. You can also share this link with friends/family to fundraise. 

Step 3: Making a Payment

• To make a payment, follow these steps:
  1. Open your personal payment portal (you can find this link via the steps above)
  2. Click the donate button on your public profile
  3. Complete the rest of the form and insert your card info to process your payment
• IMPORTANT: Once you get to the payment screen, be sure to check the box at the bottom to ensure the full payment amount goes to your account as shown below:

    Cost Info & Payment Deadlines:

• The cost of the trip is $950 and is due by December 1, 2026. For your convenience, this cost is divided into a monthly payment schedule. If you are able, you may get ahead of this schedule or pay the entire cost of the trip in full, but please do not fall behind the schedule. Communicate any issues with us. The payment schedule is below:

  • June 11: $200 down payment due (you already paid this)

  • Current Payment—July 25: $125 due ($325 total should be in your account by 7/25) 

  • August 25: $125 due ($450 total should be paid 8/25)

  • September 20: $125 due ($575 total should be paid 9/20)

  • October 20: $125 due ($700 total should be paid 10/20)

  • November 15: $125 due ($825 total should be paid by 11/15)

  • Final Payment—December 1: $125 due (full cost of $950 must be paid by 12/1)
