IMPACT Pre-Super Bowl:

3:10-Leaders arrive to help setup, have leader meeting & pray
3:25—Quick leader prayer at check in table, 2 leaders pray over the night
3:30 (Location: Inside)—Check-in table for Students- Students arrive, check-in. Choose which option they want to go to. 
3:10 (Location: Studio)—Countdown, game, Announcements, 2 worship songs on screen, series intro video, main talk.
4:30—Life Group time in circles in large rooms/ Free time
5:00—Dismissal: Manny & Mike 

Reminders:
  • All leaders greet kids & try to plug them into an activity. No students alone!!!
  • Make sure new kids fill out registry. Cards & answer questions. [Greeting team]
  • Taking pictures throughout the night of all different kids [Photo/video team]
  • Games: (Games team) (If free, join in and help setup)
  • Inside Games: set up fellowship hall for European handball
  • Hallway next to studio put out can jam and corn hole. , Inside studio set up arts and craft. Also, turn on Xbox S console next to the couches.
  • Some random important things to setup: (If free join in and help setup) (Outside)• Lounge, help where needed for setup.
