6:45: Leaders arrive to help set up, have leaders meeting & pray
6:50: Quick leader prayer at the check-in table, 2 leaders pray over the night
7:00 (Location: Inside)—Check-in table for Students- Students arrive and check in. (Free time in Atrium area) 
7:50:  (Head to Studio)—Countdown, game, Announcements, 2 worship songs on screen, series intro video, main talk.
8:05: Preaching 
8:25  Small group time
9:00  Dismissal: Manny & Nico

Reminders

• All leaders greet kids & try to plug them into an activity. No students alone!!!
• Make sure new kids fill out registry. Cards & answer questions. [Greeting team]
• Taking pictures throughout the night of all different kids [Photo/video team]
• Games: (Games team) (If free, join in and help setup)
• Inside Games: set up fellowship hall for European handball
• Hallway next to studio put out can jam and corn hole. , Inside studio set up arts and craft. Also, turn on Xbox S console next to the couches.
• Some random important things to setup: (If free join in and help setup)• Lounge, help where needed for setup.
• Chairs
• Water bottles and box chips on table
• Note- Chairs should be set up by the maintenance team at church.
